The Band - The Weight
“Hey, mister, can you tell me where a man might find a bed?
He just grinned and shook my hand, and “No.”, was all he said.”

Johnny Cash - Hurt (Cover)
What have I become?
My sweetest friend.
Everyone I know,
goes away in the end.
And you could have it all,
my empire of dirt.
I will let you down.
I will make you hurt.
If I could start again,
a million miles away.
I would keep myself.
I would find a way. -
Alice In Chains - Angry Chair (Unplugged)
“Lost my mind, yeah… can’t find it anywhere.” -
Country Music: Why
I am starting to realize why I love Country Music so much. It really is a reflection of how we all yearn for something simple. A simple life where everything makes sense and the empowerment that comes with it. In a busy world, we could all use a breather, cold beer in one hand, and the warmth of a woman’s in the other. No matter what our situations, we can all relate to some form of Country Music. We romanticize working hard in a beating sun to relax in a field and lake under the crisp moon. At least to me, this is Country Music.
